Hi, I’m Hanna

I help people ease stress and anxiety, lift their mood or just get more enjoyment out of life – because that’s what we all want, isn’t it?

I’m qualified in both low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. In my work I also draw on compassion-focused therapy and behavioural science to create the easiest and kindest routes to make a change.

Personal experience matters

After suffering from depression, anxiety and insomnia throughout my twenties, in my early thirties, step-by-step, I set out to change things.

A few years down the line, and a lot of study and practice later, my depression, anxiety and insomnia were a thing of the past.

Nowadays, I’m a qualified therapist with a new mission: to help other people change their lives, too.
